One thing we have to keep in mind is that this is the developer preview and so Microsoft will not providing any support during this.There may be chances that it would not support some hardware.It can crash or can not operate properly.
One more thing after installing you might not able to uninstall it so you should have a spare computer for install.
The windows 8 can only be remove by some Linux distro like Ubuntu,Fedora,Rhel or Mint.To uninstall using these we have to run our computer from live cd and simply format the drive Windows is installed.The Linux can be used to remove viruses also.
